Jaipur : Rajasthan BJP’s newly appointed state president and Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday. After meeting PM Modi, in a special conversation with Rajasthan Patrika in the Parliament premises, he said that PM Modi has given the message of working among the people, strengthening the organization and meeting the public expectations. The first focus of the party and the organization is to win the upcoming five by-elections. On the question of appointments in corporation boards and divisions in Rajasthan, Madan Rathore said that after he takes charge, the work of appointments will be completed soon after discussing with everyone. On the question of priority in appointments, he said that these appointments will be made only from among the dedicated, service-minded and ground workers of the party. The beginning will be with the nominated councilors in the bodies.
The face of Rajasthan Railway will change
On the budget of the Centre, the BJP state president said that the Congress has never given as many gifts and budget to the Railways as the BJP has given in the last ten years. In Rajasthan, the Congress governments gave Rs 600 crore before 2014, while the BJP governments gave Rs 9967 crore in ten years.
Deprived districts will be connected to railway network
On the pending work of some railway lines and districts deprived of railway network in Rajasthan despite a big budget for the railway network, Madan Rathore said that the Railway Minister is originally from Rajasthan. In such a situation, we will make efforts with the central government to start work on railway lines in the deprived districts of Rajasthan as well.
