Bikaner: Adjustment of surplus teachers became a pain in the neck, lists kept changing.

Bikaner : Bikaner: The process of adjustment of teachers, which is happening for the first time after the coming of BJP government in Bikaner state, has become a thorn in the neck of the education department. Guidelines regarding adjustment have been issued thrice in the last 20 days. Still, the lists have not been finalized. The officials of the department are racking their brains, but due to the daily issuance of new guidelines to reach the final decision, they are also facing problems. It is noteworthy that Education Director Ashish Modi, in the guidelines issued on November 14, had given instructions to post the adjustment of surplus teachers on December 6. For the last two days, Bikaner division personnel are camping in Sriganganagar to prepare the lists. While they were still preparing the lists as per the last two guidelines, the third guideline further increased the confusion. Actually, there are no vacant posts of teachers in primary education schools in the district. In such a situation, there is a lot of difficulty in accommodating the surplus teachers of elementary education.

Guidelines again for the third time

First Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi issued the guidelines on 14 November. After this, Modi recently issued new guidelines to the education officers as VC. Orders were given to make adjustments in all cases on 6 December. After this, for the third time on Friday, Acting Secondary Education Director Sitaram Jat once again issued guidelines and gave new instructions regarding adjustments.

Adjustment orders issued for many districts: Under adjustment of surplus teachers, orders have been issued late night in many districts which include Bundi, Phalodi, Bandra, Khairthal Tijara, Karauli, Kota etc.
