Bikaner: Half-yearly examinations from 9th to 12th will be held from 17th to 27th December.

Bikaner : Bikaner This time, as part of the process of conducting the examinations from 9th to 12th at the state level, the Director of Secondary Education has issued guidelines along with the time table. The half-yearly examinations of all classes in the state will be held on 12th. Will be organized starting from December till 27th December. In this, state level examinations from 9th to 12th will be held from 17th December to 27th December, but before that, instructions have been given to organize school level examinations and practical examinations between 12th to 16th December. The examinations of classes 9 and 10 will be held in the first shift from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm and the examinations of classes 11 and 12 will be held in both the shifts. The second shift will be held from 1.15 pm to 4.30 pm.

Examination fee will be Rs 20 per student

The half-yearly examination fee for these classes has been fixed at Rs 20 per student, which the Divisional Joint Director will collect through the previously run District Common Examination Committees and deposit it in the account of the Registrar Education Departmental Examinations. According to this fee, annual examination fee can also be collected.

Question papers will reach district headquarters three days in advance

Question papers of candidates studying in all government and non-government schools from 9 to 12 will be delivered to the district headquarters three days in advance. Like previous years, in the districts where question papers are distributed directly at the block level, question papers will be given according to the same system. Similarly, in schools to which packets have been distributed directly, the papers will be delivered directly to the school level. Question papers will reach block level 2 days before the exam date and PEEO/UCEO a day before.

Will be safe in police stations

For safety, the question papers will be kept in the nearest police stations as far as possible. Where it is not possible to keep them in the police stations, the question papers will be kept in the PEEO/UCEO, but there will be round the clock staff duty for their security. This decision will be taken by the concerned District Education Officer (Secondary Headquarters). Question papers will not be kept in private schools. Private schools will get the question papers from their PEEO/UCEO. The question papers reserved at the district and block level will also be kept in the nearest police stations as far as possible, which will be used as per instructions if necessary, only if any question paper is leaked.

Flying squad will keep an eye on fakes

Flying squads will be formed by the Divisional Joint Director, Chief District Education Officer, District Education Officer and DIET Principal who will keep an eye on cheating and inspect the schools.

This time winter vacation is not from 25th December!

State It has also been decided from the same level half-yearly examination schedule that this time the dates of winter vacation will not be from 25th December to 31st December like before, because the schedule of half-yearly examination is till 27th December, whereas before 25th December the half-yearly examination is scheduled till 27th December. Exams were over and winter holidays started from 25th. Anyway, for many years, after 31st December, winter holidays have to be extended due to cold, for which district collectors have been authorized.
