Bikaner sample investigation, heat of questions, time of investigation and report mismatching

Bikaner : So that the patients and their families coming to the largest PBM hospital of Bikaner division can get better facilities. Patients coming for treatment can feel comfortable. For this, the government and administration are making various arrangements. However, despite these arrangements, there is no significant improvement in the condition of the hospital. The situation is such that if a doctor is found, medicine is not available and even if medicine is found, medical advice is not available. There is also confusion in the situation of medicines and sample testing. Complete medicines are not available in the hospital. At the same time, the time for investigation and getting the report is not being consumed by the match itself. The patients and their families under their care are suffering the consequences.

Hospital timings are fixed. Resources have increased over the years, but manpower is not increasing. The weight of patients has increased two to four times. There is only one solution to deal with this situation. More testing centers should be opened so that the necessary tests can be done quickly so that the treatment of the patient can be started. Doctors should sit in OPD full time. Also, the doctors of the OPD attending unit will check the reports of the patients till evening and write their treatment in the slip. There should be such a system. The intention of the government is to provide simple, easy and accessible treatment to the common people, but due to the chaos, the patients are neither getting relief nor proper treatment.

The system is such…where contradictions have taken up residence

Hospital timings are from 9 am to 3 pm.

Senior doctors reach OPD by 9.30-10.00.

Sample collection work of patients till 12 noon.

The investigation report is received the next day.

Samples are not even taken for blood and urine tests of all the patients who come to OPD.

By the time the patient reaches the lab after seeing the OPD, the collection is stopped.
