After the meeting, Director of Elementary Education Sitaram Jat directed the schools to take effective steps to prevent child marriage. In this regard he has sent an order to all the joint directors. It has been said in the order that work should be done as per the action plan prepared for effective prevention of child marriage. Under this, on receiving information about child marriage, it will be immediately informed to the nearest police station, Child Marriage Prohibition Officer, Child Line and Gram Panchayat.
