Bikaner: Two miscreants arrested for firing on youth due to rivalry

Bikaner : Two youths have been arrested for firing indiscriminately at youths traveling in a car in Kotgate police station area of ​​Bikaner. Apart from these two youths, three-four accused are still to be arrested. The police had detained about half a dozen youth and interrogated them, out of which two were arrested late in the night. Police from most of the police stations of the city worked together in the arrest. Kotgate police station officer Manoj Sharma said – Dhobi Talai resident Anas Pathan, aged 19 years, and his family have an old enmity with Kishore Singh, Chetan Singh alias Chintu, Sawai Singh alias Babusingh, Sikandar, Nitin Gaur. It is alleged that these people have formed a criminal gang. Anas’s grandfather was fatally attacked on 15 July 2017. These same people had hatched a conspiracy to kill him a month ago. On December 10, at around four o’clock in the afternoon, the applicant and Sohail were sitting in their friend’s Swift car. Then Chetan alias Chintu and three other Swift vehicles were stopped in front of a cafe. Two youths came on a motorcycle to this cafe located near Sharma Colony and started firing. These youths were Musharraf and Babusingh alias Sawai Singh. Sawai Singh alias Babusingh started firing indiscriminately at Anas and his companion. Due to which Sohil got shot on the chest.

After this case of indiscriminate firing, Superintendent of Police Kavendra Singh Sagar formed a team and gave instructions to arrest the miscreants. On this, a team under the leadership of Kotgate Police Station Officer Manoj Sharma started searching for the miscreants. Within some time, five-six youths were caught. Sawai Singh alias Babusih son of Vijay Singh, age 26 years, resident of Bhawani Hotel, washerman Talai and Musharraf Sameja son of Mohammad Yunus Sameja, age 29 years, resident of Rani Bazar, were arrested. The person who supplied the weapons to these two is being traced.
