However, the department has already said that counseling of surplus teachers will not be done. On the basis of seniority and seniority, city teachers and village teachers will be given a chance to stay in the village. There is also a doubt as to how the surplus teachers will be adjusted. Unless senior teachers with DPC are posted, how will the posts be calculated. Recently, senior teachers in Ajmer have been promoted to the post of lecturer after doing DPC for two out of four years. While DPC of two sessions is still pending.
Right now only orders for surplus teachers
When will senior teachers be posted to the post of lecturer? No guidelines have been issued yet regarding this. For this reason, only surplus teachers will be posted first. The process of adjustment is going on as per the guidelines issued by the Director of Education.
Directorate issued order to prevent proxy teachers
To prevent proxy teachers in government schools, now teachers working in education department schools will have to get their photos verified online. For this, a new module has been released on Shala Darpan portal. The task of certifying the photos of all the personnel has been given to the school principal and the PEEO. In this regard, in the order sent to all the joint directors, it has been said that the PEEOs will personally present themselves in the schools under their control and verify each employee. Later, the verification done through PEEO will be scrutinized by the Block and District Education Officers. A minimum of 5 percent of the schools in the block will be scrutinized by the Chief Block Education Officer and the minimum 5 percent of the schools in the district will be scrutinized by the District Level Officer. 2 percent schools will be inspected. Regarding online verification of photographs of all personnel, a module has been created and its guidelines and SOP have been issued.
