Bikaner : A case of cheating a girl of Rs 3,20100 in the name of providing online job has come to light. A 24-year-old girl resident of Patel Nagar received a WhatsApp message in which she was informed about giving online work from home and salary for completing the task.
Since the message was job related, the girl replied to it. After that, he messaged the girl on Telegram by linking her to the ID. Gradually he was cheated of money online. Rs 3,20,100 were taken from the girl by making her do 8 transactions. When the girl came to know about the fraud, she reported it to Vyas Colony police station. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Head Constable Vijay Singh.
