Barmer News Desk: The bike became unbalanced and fell after an animal came in front of the youth’s motorcycle on National Highway 68. The young man got seriously injured due to the fall. The young man died during treatment. The incident took place late at night near the Medical College in the rural police station area of Barmer district. On receiving the information, the police reached the hospital. The body of the deceased was shifted to the hospital mortuary at night. On Wednesday, based on the report of the family members, the police have registered the case and started investigation.
According to the police, Tilok Singh (31), son of Mod Singh, resident of Mahabar Pithal, was coming from Shiv towards Barmer city on Tuesday night. At around 12.30 in the night, the bike went out of control due to the sudden arrival of an animal on the highway near the Medical College. The youth riding the bike was seriously injured after falling on his head. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance on the spot. There the doctors declared him dead. On receiving information, police reached the spot. The body has been taken into custody and kept in the mortuary of the hospital.
Rural police station head constable Girdhari Ram said – On Wednesday, the deceased’s brother Moti Singh gave the report. A case has been registered on this. The post-mortem of the deceased’s body has been done and the body has been handed over to the family members. The youth was coming from Shiv Plant towards Barmer city. At present the accident is being investigated.
