Police said that a 27-year-old woman resident of Bhankrota has lodged a report. On September 21, she was going to her grandmother’s house after meeting her sister at around 4 pm. It is alleged that on the way, a young man named Ganesh was found riding a bike at Bainada Mod Bassi. After that, while going near a drain on foot, the accused bike rider caught him after seeing a deserted place. The accused forcibly raped her after molesting her. Threatened to kill if he protested. The victim got a court order and registered a case against the accused at Bassi police station.
