Chittorgarh : Chittorgarh The 150th birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda was celebrated at Rawatbhata Tribal Girls Hostel Rawatbhata. Tribal Pride Day was celebrated with the inspiration of Rajasthan Forest Residents Welfare Council. The program was started by the guests by lighting the lamp in front of the pictures of Bharat Mata and Birsa Munda. The program was presided over by District Women Chief Lad Dhakad.
Among the special guests were Pramila Purohit, Vishnukant Vijayvargiya, Usha Tyagi, main speaker Rajni Sen, Women District Vice President Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad. He told that Birsa Munda played an important role in the independence of the country. He mobilized the tribal society against the British at an early age. Protected the country, religion, society, culture and saved many people from conversion. Birsa Munda is our source of inspiration. District Patron Mahendra Kumar Hada expressed his gratitude.
