BJP leaders are opposing “Vasudev Devnani” in Ajmer, know the whole matter

Ajmer : On one hand, the Bharatiya Janata Party is running a membership campaign to add new people to its side. On the other hand, everything is not going well in the Ajmer BJP organization. On Friday, the internal conflict of the BJP organization was seen in the foundation stone laying program of a new school building. Rajasthan Assembly Speaker and Ajmer North MLA Vasudev Devnani had come to lay the foundation stone of the new building of Government Girls Higher Primary School Kundan Nagar. During this, the BJP woman councilor and her husband, a BJP leader, raised placards in their hands as a mark of protest and silently protested against Devnani.

‘MLA ji stop taking credit’

BJP leader JK Sharma and his wife, BJP councillor Dimple Sharma, had tied black bands on their mouths in protest. They had placards with slogans written on them, which read – Stop insulting the female BJP councillor, MLA ji stop taking credit. BJP leader JK Sharma alleges that MLA Vasudev Devnani from Ajmer North did not invite the current female councillor to the foundation stone laying ceremony of the fund given by MP Bhupendra Yadav. Also, her name was not written on the foundation stone plaque.

‘Bhupendra Yadav has given 25 lakhs’

BJP councilor Dimple Sharma alleges that on 22 September 2023, Union Forest Minister Bhupendra Yadav gave Rs 25 lakh from the Parliament fund for the Government Girls Higher Primary School located in Kundan Nagar, Ajmer and free land was given by the Cooperative Housing Society for the school. The councilor alleges that he has been making efforts for the school building since 2012. On his request, MLA Vasudev Devnani gave Rs 12 lakh from the MLA fund. But due to some objections in the name of the school, the MLA fund has not been approved yet.

BJP women councillor and BJP leader JK Sharma also alleged that except the road of Shiv Colony and Mali Mohalla of the ward, many roads were sanctioned Rs 50 lakh during the tenure of the Congress government. But the work has been stopped by the MLA. The MLA is also creating hurdles in other development works.

JK Sharma accused of revolting

During the last assembly elections, BJP leader JK Sharma is accused of opposing Vasudev Devnani, who was the candidate from Ajmer North, by not campaigning in his support. Due to this, the state BJP organization has suspended BJP leader JK Sharma from the BJP. His wife Dimple Sharma is a BJP councilor.
