Jaipur : Everyone in Rajasthan is waiting for transfers. Not only IAS-IPS and RAS-RPS, MLAs are also waiting for transfers in other departments. MLAs are making rounds of ministers in the secretariat to get the vacant posts filled in their areas and are also expressing their displeasure. On Monday, there was a heated debate between Lalsot BJP MLA Ram Bilas Meena and Minister of State for Urban Development Jhabar Singh Kharra regarding filling of vacant posts and both of them scolded each other. Meena did not stop here, he came out of the ministry building and expressed anger and displeasure towards Kharra.
