BJP shared the video of checking Devendra Fadnavis’s bag, said – opposition shows off the Constitution

Mumbai, November 13 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party has shared a video of its leader Devendra Fadnavis. This video is from an airport in which it is shown that Fadnavis’s bag is being checked. BJP has targeted the opposition and said that they only show off with the book of the Constitution in their hands.

BJP Maharashtra shared the video of the airport on social media platform ‘X’ and said that Devendra Fadnavis’ bag was checked in Yavatmal district on November 7. But he neither made any video of it nor created any kind of ruckus. Earlier, on November 5, Devendra Fadnavis’s bag was also checked at Kolhapur airport. (This video is from November 5.)

BJP further said in the post that it is important not only to talk about the Constitution, but also to follow the provisions of the Constitution. Our only request is that everyone should respect and follow the Constitution.

It is noteworthy that recently Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut had given his reaction on the Election Commission employees checking Uddhav Thackeray’s bag at the airport. He had said, you check our luggage, but do you stop the helicopters and convoys of vehicles of Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde, Ajit Pawar, Narendra Modi and Amit Shah and check them?

According to the report, Uddhav Thackeray had reached Vani in Yavatmal district on Monday to campaign for Sanjay Derkar in view of the state assembly elections. As soon as he got down from the helicopter, the Election Commission employees checked his bag, due to which the politics of Maharashtra is heated.

During this, Uddhav Thackeray had said, “My bag is being checked. I have no objection, but my simple question is, have the bags of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah ever been checked in this way?”

It is known that voting will be held on a total of 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra on November 20 and the results will be announced on November 23.
