Jaipur : BJP state president Madan Rathore said that the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, founder of Bharatiya Janata Party Jansangh, will be celebrated as the ‘Maha Membership Day’ of the membership campaign. On the Maha Membership Day, about 2 lakh 50 thousand BJP workers from booth level to state level will be on tour across the state. On the Maha Membership Day, BJP will give momentum to the campaign by making more than 25 lakh members in a day.
Membership being provided to people
BJP state president Madan Rathore said that on the Maha Membership Day, I will be at the booths in Dausa and along with the BJP workers at the booth level, I will get the common people to take BJP membership. Rathore said that today a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the people about the BJP membership campaign across the country. In such a situation, membership is being given by making people aware of the rules and policies of the BJP.
The campaign will be monitored
BJP Membership Campaign State Convenor and former State President Dr. Arun Chaturvedi said that on BJP’s Maha Membership Day, BJP workers will run a special campaign from 8 am to 8 pm at booth, Shakti Kendra, Mandal level of every assembly to make common people members. For this, 5 BJP workers at every booth, 2 at Shakti Kendra, 5 at Mandal level and 1 each at every assembly level will be present at the booth throughout the day.
A team has also been formed from the BJP state office to monitor the special campaign being run on Maha Membership Day. At the same time, 5 workers each have been given the responsibility to monitor the district at the district level.
Members will be made in 3 phases
State convener of the membership campaign, Dr Arun Chaturvedi, said that after the first phase of the membership campaign, the second phase will be run from 1 to 15 October. After this, active members will be made by running the third phase from 15 to 30 October.
Co-convener of the campaign Motilal Meena said that along with making public relations in the general society, BJP workers will also connect people with the Bharatiya Janata Party by going to public meetings, youth conferences, fairs of tribal societies, religious kirtans of Mahila Mandals and religious places.
