Kota : One died in a bloody conflict between the families of two brothers over a land dispute in Etawah police station area of Kota district. The incident is from Kishanpura. There was a fight between the two brothers on Monday night regarding the ownership of 9 bighas of land. One brother’s family attacked the other brother’s family with a machete. Sonu Bheel (27) was referred to MBS Hospital due to serious head injury. He died late at night. Police have added the section of murder in the case. Postmortem of the dead body is being conducted. Etawah police station CI Sandeep Vishnoi said that there was a fight going on between two brothers over a land dispute. Uncle attacked nephew. The nephew died during treatment. On the complaint of the father, a case has been registered against 3 named persons and others. There is no information about giving complaint to the rural SP. I have joined just a couple of days ago.
Father said- had threatened to kill
The deceased’s father Braj Mohan (60) said – he had four brothers. One brother has died. We have 23 bighas of ancestral land. Out of which he himself is the account holder in one third of the land. Both the brothers do crops in the land owned by him. Apart from the ancestral land, he has 9 bighas of separate land. Six and a half bighas of land was allotted in 1988, while two and a half bighas of land was purchased in 2005 for Rs 80 thousand. I was in possession of a total of 9 bighas of land. For the last one year, younger brother Babulal has been trying to grab the land. During summer, Babulal destroyed the soybean crop sown in 9 bighas. At that time a complaint was given in the police station. The police station did not listen. After this, Istgasa was imposed in the court. On which, after investigation, the police lodged an FR. For the last few days, Babulal was engaged in land farming. He had threatened to kill. After which on 6th December the villager came with a complaint to the SP.
Braj Mohan (60) told – On the evening of 9th December, Babulal went to dig the land with a tractor. After finding out, he reached the farm with his son and daughter-in-law. As soon as I went there, a fight started. Babulal and his friends attacked me, my son Sonu and my daughter-in-law. The accused attacked with a machete. In which Sonu and I got head injuries. The accused attacked the son Sonu a lot on his head. Thinking him dead, they ran away. With the help of relatives and acquaintances, the son was brought to Etawah Hospital. From where he was referred to Kota. Where he died. Sonu was the only son. He has children aged 6 years and 8 months.
