Jodhpur : An old woman and her two innocent granddaughters were murdered in broad daylight on Wednesday in a house located in Nandra Khurd village under Banad police station. The old woman’s daughter and the mother of the innocent girls are seriously injured due to axe stabs in the head. This incident caused sensation in the village. At present, the reason for the murder and the killers have not been found. According to the police, Bhanwari Devi (65) wife of late Mangilal Jat, resident of Nandra Khurd village, granddaughters Bhavana (5) and Lakshita (3) resident of Jajiwal Jakharan village have been murdered. The killer killed Bhanwari Devi by attacking her head and neck with an axe or other sharp weapon. Both the innocent sisters were killed by putting them in a tank built in the house. Bhanwari Devi’s daughter Santosh (25) was also stabbed in the head with an axe. She has been admitted to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital in an injured condition.
Dr. Sunil Garg and other doctors operated on her at night and removed the axe. Her condition is said to be critical. During the murder, Bhanwari Devi’s granddaughter Anishakha (1), daughter of Ashok Jat, was also present at the spot, but she is safe. Blood marks have been found on her clothes and head. Injured Santosh had come to her mother’s house with her two daughters. Police Commissioner Rajendra Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Alok Shrivastava, ADCP Virendra Singh, ACP Piyush Kaviya reached the spot. FSL collected evidence from the spot.
When both the daughters-in-law returned from the hospital, they saw blood everywhere
Bhanwari Devi has two sons, Pukhraj and Ashok. They live in separate houses in the farm. Bhanwari Devi lived with her elder son Pukhraj. Who works in RCC. Ashok is a helper in the water supply department. Both had gone to their respective work. Pukhraj’s wife Gomadevi had gone to the hospital with her sister-in-law in the afternoon to get her sonography done. Goma’s five-year-old son was also with her. When the sister-in-laws returned home at quarter to five in the evening, they saw blood everywhere. When they opened the door, they found the body of their mother-in-law soaked in blood in the room. When they went inside from the other door, they found their sister-in-law Santosh soaked in blood in the back room. There was an axe stuck in her head and she was breathing. On hearing the screams of the sister-in-laws, the nearby villagers reached the spot.
