Tonk : A Sarva Samaj Mahapanchayat was organized on Sunday near Meena Dharamshala located in Chauth Ka Barwada of Sawai Madhopur district regarding the incident of slapping of Naresh Meena in Samravata village of Tonk during the assembly by-election. This Mahapanchayat was organized by Kisan Mahasabha. The youth who came to the Panchayat clearly said that if justice is not done to Naresh Meena, then soon a big movement will be organized in Rajasthan, the entire responsibility of which will be on the administration.
Ultimatum given on 15th
There were tight security arrangements since morning regarding the Sarva Samaj Mahapanchayat. Additional police force was deployed in the entire town. During this time, Mahapanchayat started in the afternoon, in which a large number of youth leaders also participated. During this, as the keynote speaker, leader Prahlad Gunjal said that the public demands that justice should be given to Naresh Meena and his associates by 15th December, otherwise the youth will be forced to take to the streets of Rajasthan from 17th December.
Gunjal said that the administration has done the work in Samravata, which could not be done even in Jallianwala Bagh. In such a situation, everyone is angry towards the government.
The movement will continue until justice is achieved
Prahlad Gunjal said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Jaipur tomorrow. The Chief Minister and the Prime Minister should say something about the Samravata incident and understand the pain of the youth who are lodged in jails and their families. He said that the atrocities committed in Samravata bring back memories of the British Raj.
A tree in the name of mother and the picture of Rising Rajasthan are being printed on the backs of Samravata’s mother. BJP is promoting the Ladli Behan scheme and the sisters of Samravata are loudly demanding justice for their innocent brothers.
During this, former IAS Tikaram Meena told the people in detail about the mistakes made by the officials and police administration during the elections. Along with this, former Mahapanchayat official KC Ghumaria also said that until justice is not given in this matter and a judicial inquiry is not conducted. Till then the entire society will not sleep due to selection and the movement will continue.
