Bundi : Bundi Weekly review meeting regarding water, electricity and seasonal diseases was held on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Akshay Godara. In this, after reviewing the arrangements for drinking water, electricity supply system and prevention of seasonal diseases, necessary instructions were given to the officials. In the meeting, the District Collector directed that a list of high tension lines passing over the houses should be prepared, so that they can be shifted to other places. The work to be done can be done. In this regard, this work should be done by coordinating with public representatives. He directed that Anganwadi centers operating in rented buildings should be shifted to government buildings which are not in use. He instructed that all work should be done through e-filing. Public works, CMHO and PHED, electricity, minerals and education departments should increase progress in this.
The District Collector directed that progress should be made in the allotment work by ensuring necessary action on the pending cases related to land allotment of Medical Institute, PHED, Public Works, Electricity Department. He directed that the work of Papdi Bridge Khodi Khal should be completed soon. . Get the compensation check related to the over bridge under construction in Keshavraipatan distributed to the concerned. Raithal Tehsildar should take action regarding land acquisition in Hanotia, Bhairupura Ojha, Guwadi.
He directed that all government work should be done through e-filing only. Also, the average time taken for disposal of files should be reduced. Land for the proposed three GSS should be selected and proposals should be sent. MLAs and MPs should get the work approved from the fund completed soon. Apart from this, the cases registered on the contact portal should be disposed of on time. In the meeting, Additional District Collector Sudarshan Singh Tomar, Chief Executive Officer Ravi Verma, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. OP Samar, Superintending Engineer of Public Works Department Inderjit Meena, Electricity Corporation’s SE KK Shukla, Chief District Education Officer Dr. Mahavir Sharma and officials of various departments were present.
