Bundi Vipra Foundation will hold a protest outside the Collector’s office

Bundi News Desk: On Thursday, the fifth day of the dharna by the family members of those who lost their lives in the fire at Gurukarshni Gurukul operated in Talwas village of Bundi police station area, officials of Vipra Foundation reached there and supported the family members. Before this, a memorandum in the name of the Chief Minister was submitted to the District Collector, in which CBI investigation of the incident, no action of any kind on the memorandum given through the District Magistrate on October 9, Rs. 1 crore to the families of the deceased and Rs. 50 to the injured through the memorandum. Regarding non-fulfillment of the demand of compensation amount of Rs. 1 lakh, non-attendance of the family members by the competent authority and investigation on the dharna of the victim’s family since 17th October. After not getting a satisfactory answer, the people of Brahmin community said that if the investigation report is not received and the family members of the three victims do not get the compensation amount in the next three days, they will hold a protest outside the District Collector’s office on 25th November.

State President of Vipra Foundation Krishnamurari Sharma, Chief Patron Naval Kishore Sharma, Dei Nagar President Monu Sharma, Ramesh Sharma, Manoj Sharma, Ward Councilor Mayank Joshi discussed with the family members and assured to know about their well being and stay together in the struggle. People also supported the victims’ families during the protest. Everyone assured cooperation in getting justice for the victim’s family. During this time, ASI Ramesh Kumar from Nainwan and Japta of Dei police station were present.
