To participate in this competition, the age of children should be between 15 to 29 years as on April 1, 2024. This event will be held at block, district, division and then state level. Whereas the maximum number of applications have come in Jaipur Rural, 7080. Whereas Jodhpur has received the least number of applications, only 17. Their number in Bundi is 740.

The Youth Festival will be based on the theme of Science, Technology and Innovation. This amount will be Rs 76.89 lakh in 33 districts i.e. Rs 2.33 lakh will be spent in each district.
