Jaipur : Jaipur: A businessman committed suicide by jumping in front of a train in Jaipur. Before his death, two suicide notes written by the businessman were found in the red diary kept in the office. In a note, quoting his business partners, he wrote – Hurt by all these thieves, I am ending my life. Forgive me and provide justice to my family. Whereas, in the second note it was written – When a person named Pandit ji was troubled and asked for a solution, he also cheated Rs 2 lakh. After the incident, the deceased’s wife lodged an FIR for abetment to suicide on the basis of the suicide note at Malpura Gate police station on Saturday.
SI Sukhram told – Balkrishna Mathur (45), resident of Peeli Ki Khana, Sanganer, has committed suicide by jumping in front of the train. He lived with his wife Kalpana Mathur (41) and two minor sons. There was a textile printing business in Sanganer. He returned home from the factory at around 8:30 pm on October 25. Gave the car keys to his wife and left the house. Committed suicide by jumping in front of a train on the railway track located about 100 meters from the house. Malpura Gate police station reached the spot on the information of suicide.
Had taken a small note written in his pocket
Kalpana Mathur, wife of the deceased, said – Police kept all the things and documents found in the pocket of husband Balkrishna Mathur in a plastic bag and handed it over to the family members. Three days after the suicide the family went to Haridwar. On returning, handled the things found in his pocket. A small slip was found along with the document Aadhar Card-Driving License. It was written in the slip – I have written something in the red diary of my office. Please read in front of my family. Being in grief over her husband’s death, she remained busy taking care of herself. On November 28, after coming home with the husband of my sister-in-law, who lives outside Rajasthan, I went to the office and opened the red diary. On receiving the suicide note, a case of abetment to suicide was registered at Malpura Gate police station on 29 November.

I am Balkrishna Mathur, son of Late Kedar Nath Mathur, resident of Hall Peeli Ki Khana Sanganer. I was very happy with my life, but seeing the problems of my brother Deepak, I made a plan in 2022. He talked to his friend Mukesh Yadav (Lakra), resident of Lakra Baba, Dhani Govindpura Sanganer about setting up his factory. He built a printing factory on his land. I became a partner in it. I kept investing all my savings in it. After that we did the printing work of his brother Rakesh Yadav. After that, when it came to payment, his brother debited the entire amount saying that the goods were damaged. After that we did the work of Mukesh’s relative Rahul Yadav. He did not make any payment, but took away 40 meters of my cloth. His friend paid Rs 35,000 on the phone and he spent the rest of the money.

After that I got Zorabar. He asked me to print his party merchandise. Delivered the goods at a commission of one rupee per meter. I alone started printing his material. After that he asked me to open a new factory and work in partnership. By making him a partner of the party (Bhunesh Jagid) he was working for, he started diverting the money to me. My plot in Ashok Vihar Sanganer was sold by Bhunesh Jagid and Zorawar sold it to his relative. After depositing the loan amount for that plot, he ate the remaining payment. Whatever work I did, I spent my entire savings. Even after that a debit of Rs 7.50 lakh was made. The rest of the goods were printed for about 30 meters without the bill and the payment was eaten up. There were many fights, but they all proved me wrong.
I am ending my life in pain
Thus, Mukesh Lakra, Rakesh Lakra, Rahul Yadav, Zorawar Singh, Bhunesh Jagid and Shriram Housing Finance Company did not give me the insurance amount of Rs 1 lakh for my loan. Kept postponing. Hurt by all these thieves, I am ending my life. I appeal to the administration to get my money returned to my family from all these thieves. You all, my family members, should shame me. In the second suicide note it was written – Pandit ji took Rs 2 lakh in the name of Pooja.
I had become very frustrated in my life. One morning I was watching TV in my room. A program was coming on it. He was explaining the solution to people’s problems in it. Then I also called on the mobile number appearing on the screen. I was told that Pandit ji is busy right now. Will call after some time. After some time the call came. They asked me some questions. Said- In response to this, I will check your horoscope now and then call you back. After that his call came and he also told the solution. Said- It will be worshiped for 7 days and made me pay Rs 2100 over the phone. After that, in the name of performing a new puja, he got me to deposit Rs 2 lakh in his bank account. His name is saved in my phone as Guruji. His elder Maharaj whose two-collar would be coming in the name of Alokji Maharaj.
A person named Guruji got me to deposit Rs 2 lakh in the bank account of Rahul Kumar Upadhyay. In my bad times, only my brother Pawan Mathur supported me. Apart from him, everyone left my hand in my bad times. Sell my Sikar Road plot and Chaksu plot and take care of my wife and my children as much as possible. Because after my death it will be Deepak’s responsibility to take care of my mother. I apologize to all of you for my bad behavior. I appeal to you and the administration to stop those who cheated me wrongly and ate my money. Please help me in getting my family from him.

Kalpana, the wife of the deceased, said that her husband Balkrishna was in trouble for the last one month. When his family members repeatedly asked him, he just kept crying. He did not tell anything to anyone, he just said that he was worried because of his factory partners. Her husband used to repeatedly tell her and the children that you guys should be smart, the times are very bad.
FIR lodged after finding suicide note
Kalpana, the deceased’s wife, lodged a case of abetment to suicide at Malpura Gate police station on Saturday after receiving the suicide note. Kalpana says- Had opened a textile factory in partnership with Mukesh Lakra in the year 2023. Opened a second textile factory in collaboration with Zorawar in March-2024. Partners Mukesh Lakra, Rakesh Lakra, Rahul Yadav, Zorawar Singh and Bhunesh Jangid embezzled around Rs 40 lakh by committing fraud in the business. Zorawar Singh and Bhunesh Jangid sold our house to their relative for Rs 52 lakh. 30 lakh rupees of the loan amount were deposited in the bank, the remaining 22 lakh rupees were eaten by Zorawar Singh and Munesh Jangid.
