A case of fraud has been registered in Sikar : Udyog Nagar police station in the name of getting sub-dealership of a car company. The victim alleges that in the process of getting the sub-dealership, he has suffered a loss of about Rs 1.5 crore. According to the police, Amit Sharma, director of Annapurna Motowheels Private Limited, has registered the case. The victim alleges that he met Gaurav Jain and Shikha Jain, directors of GPS Automobile Private Limited, at their office in Jaipur. Both of them told that they are exclusive dealers of a big car company of Rajasthan. He has the right to sell the company’s cars in all the districts of Rajasthan and appoint sub-distributorship.
Amit told in the report that Gaurav and Shikha said that there is a lot of profit in the company’s exclusive distributorship business. I made me meet the company’s CEO Manish Nagpal and got Rs 50 lakh deposited as security in the company’s account in the name of giving sub-dealership. After this, Gaurav and Shikha told that the sub-dealership of the company in Sikar has been given to some other person. You close the Sikar showroom and forget all the dealership agreements made between us. After several rounds, Rs 50 lakh was returned to me. Amit Sharma alleges that to take over the sub-dealership, he had to get the showroom ready, pay salaries to the employees and spent Rs 1.5 crore on computers and other equipment. This loss should be compensated. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
