Barmer News Desk: A health camp was organized for sensitive areas under the desert flight campaign on Tuesday in the district hospital at the district headquarters. During this, along with medical examination, women were given necessary nutrition related advice.
During the health camp, Dr. Seema Mittal gave medical advice to the women coming from different places. Various types of tests were done along with necessary treatment. Nutritionist Rekha Borana gave nutrition related information to the women and made them aware about the use of nutrients in their food.
Dr. BL Masuria, Chief Medical Officer of the Government Hospital, said that 107 patients were examined during the health check-up camp. The number of anemia patients was high in this. Apart from this, along with counseling the patients, they were given diet charts. While giving counseling related to anemia, women were told about the essential food items in their diet.
