Udaipur : A case has been registered in Salumber police station against Vipra Foundation District President Jitendra Joshi for assaulting a young man and then faking it and sharing it on social media. Applicant Kamlesh Sevak, resident of Kherad, told that Jitendra Joshi beat him up. Its video was made on mobile and made viral on social media. Police officer Manish Khoiwal said that both the youths did not know each other before. Accused Jitendra Joshi had to call someone else’s number from his mobile but by mistake his call was placed on Kamlesh’s mobile. Kamlesh got enraged when he called the wrong number and abused Jitendra Joshi on the phone itself. Jitendra Joshi also got angry on this.
On information, the police called both the parties to the police station. Where Kamlesh accepted the mistake. Then the police pacified the matter through mutual talks. When the video of this incident surfaced in the evening. In this, Jitendra Joshi apologized to Kamlesh for touching his feet and then slapped him. Also made this video. Police officer said that applicant Kamlesh has filed a case against Jitendra Joshi. Necessary action will be taken while investigating the matter.
