Chandigarh, December 5 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party national spokesperson Naresh Arora condemned the deadly attack on former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal. He raised the demand for an investigation by central agencies.
On Thursday, BJP spokesperson Naresh Arora told IANS, “I am thankful to God that no one died. But the incident that happened at Guru Ghar has sent a wave of grief across the society. We condemn it. That true Sikh It is not possible that the Guru who violates the decorum of the house was serving there as a servant and as far as politics is concerned, he is a subject of investigation. How did the attack happen?”
Regarding the law and order of Punjab, BJP spokesperson said, it has been two and a half years since the Aam Aadmi Party government was formed in the state. Every day some incident or the other is taking place there due to religious fanaticism or any other issue and some big leader is being attacked. The promises made by Arvind Kejriwal at the time of elections. They are missing. Hindu leaders are intimidated and threatened. Attacks are carried out while walking on the road. At the same time, now the attack on a big leader like Sukhbir Singh Badal raises question marks on the government.
The BJP leader said, the AAP government has been a complete failure in the state. They don’t want to handle it. When party supremo Arvind Kejriwal visits Punjab, he stays at the houses of Khalistanis. In such a situation, when such permission is given from his side, the Chief Minister does not have the courage to crack down on the miscreants. It has also been revealed from the sources that at the time of elections, the party has received help from people who have the ideology of breaking the country. Everywhere in the state, protests are taking place and there is an atmosphere of fear. The attack on Sukhbir Singh should be investigated by a central agency. The people of Punjab no longer have faith in any agency of Punjab.
The BJP leader said, if Sukhbir Badal is not safe with such heavy security arrangements, then how can the common man of Punjab be safe?
