Ajmer : Central Government has approved 6 flyover and underpass construction projects for Ajmer parliamentary constituency at a cost of Rs 169.04 crore. On getting the approval of the projects from the Central Government, MP Bhagirath Chaudhary said that these projects will become the basis of long-term progress of the area. Apart from this, it will also provide permanent relief to the citizens from traffic related problems.
Big step towards transportation facilities
These projects include construction of flyovers and underpasses under National Highway-448 and National Highway-58, which will significantly improve the connectivity of Ajmer and its surrounding areas. The tender process for these works has been completed on 2 December 2024. The construction work will start from January 2025 and will be completed within the stipulated time.
These projects got approval
Kishangarh (Chidiya Stepwell): Underpass at a cost of Rs 13.24 crore
Tabiji: Underpass at a cost of Rs 20.44 crore
Kharwa: Flyover at a cost of Rs 42.04 crore
Piplaj Junction: Flyover at a cost of Rs 36.58 crore
Srinagar: Flyover at a cost of Rs 41.64 crore
Dilwadi: Flyover at a cost of Rs 15.09 crore
Bhagirath Choudhary said – more schemes will be approved
On getting the approval of the projects, Union Minister and local MP Bhagirath Chaudhary has expressed his gratitude to PM Narendra Modi and Nitin Gadkari. He said that this approval is a gift of relief and progress to the citizens of the area. Our aim is to provide better basic facilities to every person. He assured the people of the area that there will be no slackness in the development works. More schemes will be approved in the coming time.
