Jaipur : In Rajasthan, the monsoon has started leaving western Rajasthan. Meanwhile, the weather department has issued a rain alert (IMD Alert) for districts of eastern Rajasthan from Thursday. Some districts received rain on Wednesday. According to the weather centre, after Jaisalmer, part Barmer, Jodhpur districts, the monsoon has now left Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Churu, Jalore, Pali and some parts of Sirohi. Meanwhile, from Thursday, a rainy season will begin in the eastern and southern parts of Rajasthan which will continue till September 29. The weather department has issued a rain alert in 11 districts on Wednesday.
Monsoon drenched Kota-Jhalawar
There was heavy rain in the evening in the station area of Kota district. This brought relief from the heat, while in the new Kota area it was cloudy during the day but it did not rain. The atmosphere remained humid. People remained drenched in sweat. The night temperature has also increased along with the day. On the other hand, there was heavy rain for half an hour in Ratlai, Bakani and Manoharthana towns of Jhalawar district. There was heavy rain accompanied by strong winds in Bakani, Ratlai, Manoharthana etc. areas of Jhalawar district on Wednesday evening. The rain continued for about 20 minutes.
