Chittorgarh : On the occasion of Dev Prabodhini Ekadashi, Thakurji Kallaji and Panchdevs were decorated in the form of Rajadhiraj of Kalyannagari at Shri Sheshavtar Kallaji Vedpeeth on Tuesday. During this period, Thakurji’s adornment in the form of Rajadhiraj remained the center of special attraction for the devotees. With the Rajbhog Aarti in the morning, the crowd of devotees started gathering. Along with this, 56 Bhog and Maha Annakoot Mahotsav were celebrated.
The idols of Skandha Mata, Gayatri Mata, Panchmukhi Hanumanji and Kaal Bhairav were specially decorated. Devotees came for darshan from morning Shringar Aarti till night sleep Aarti. The Maha Chhappan Bhog offered to Lord Jagannath and Dwarkadhish was offered to Thakurji Kallaji in 251 plates. For the last three days, Chhappan Bhog was being prepared by the cooks. Along with this, on the occasion of Kartik Shukla Pratipada, Vishnu Sahasranama Aahuti and Sri Sukta Paath Ritual of Havan was completed. Daily recitations and havan rituals were performed by the sages, saints and acharyas of Shri Kallaji temple till Dev Prabodhini Ekadashi.
Mahaprasad was distributed to the devotees. After Maha Aarti in the evening on the occasion of Dev Prabodhini Ekadashi, along with offering Chhappan Bhog and Annakut to Thakurji, Mahaprasad of Chhappan Bhog along with Malpua, Puri and mixed vegetables was distributed to thousands of Kalyan devotees. This sequence continued till Thakurji’s Shayan Aarti.
