Chinmay Krishnadas is a symbol of Hindu revolution in Bangladesh, should be released: Agnimitra Paul

Kolkata, December 3 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Agnimitra Paul has described Chinmoy Krishnadas, arrested in Bangladesh, as a symbol of the revolution of Hindus there. Paul has demanded the release of Chinmoy Krishnadas.

Agnimitra Paul said that today there is no lawyer standing for him. Any lawyer who wanted to stand was beaten up, his condition is very serious.

Agnimitra Paul said that Bangladesh’s acting administrator Mohammad Yunus has received the Nobel Peace Prize, but he is working to spread unrest. Their only desire is to bring the number of Hindus in Bangladesh to zero percent. Paul said, the atrocities being committed by extremists on Hindu brothers and sisters in Bangladesh should be stopped immediately and Chinmay Krishna Das ji should get bail soon.

He said that the proposal being made against the Waqf Bill in Bengal was only to appease the Muslims of Bengal. Whether any work is done for the Muslims of Bengal or for the development of their community or not, this government will definitely do politics on them, which we strongly condemn.

It is noteworthy that many people of Hindu community have been hit by the ongoing violence during the coup attempt in Bangladesh. ISKCON’s Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu has been arrested for protesting against this.
