Youth should be connected with the values of Hindu culture
He said- Our aim is that during the Mahakumbh fair, the place and rivers should be clean. If we wanted, we could have done this work on our own, but to ensure that today’s youth connect with the values of Hindu culture, plates and bags are being taken from every house. This campaign is also being conducted regarding the Ram temple in Ayodhya. This was done due to which people also got connected. He told that the target is to collect five lakh plates and bags from three provinces of Southern Rajasthan. Chittorgarh province consists of eight divisions namely Banswara, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Kota, Baran, Ajmer. One lakh 12 thousand bags and plates will be collected from Chittorgarh province.
Garbage can be reduced by 50 percent
Co-coordinator Dharampal Goyal said that different teams of 15 people each have been formed. These teams will go door to door and collect all the plates and bags. So far, 3000 plates and bags have been collected from Chittorgarh district and 10 thousand plates and bags from Chittorgarh province. It is expected that due to this, we will be able to reduce the garbage in Mahakumbh by more than 50 percent this time. We also want to make people aware about the environment. In the last Mahakumbh, we had adopted the ghats of Haridwar. We also did the work of cleaning the ghats and distributing bags. But it was seen that due to using disposable food, there was more dirt in the food. So this time we decided to give thalis also.
