Chittorgarh News Desk: On the occasion of Devuthani Ekadashi in Shri Sanwaliya Ji, a procession was taken out by enshrining the child idol of Thakur Ji in Bewan. Thakur ji was seated in a new silver chariot. The procession returned to the temple at 4 in the morning after touring the city all night.
At the same time, since both the stores of the temple are full, a new donation box has been kept. Please note that the store was not opened on Diwali due to Chaturdashi and Amavasya. Now the donation box will be opened on the coming Chaturdashi.

A procession of Thakur ji was taken out at Shri Sanwaliya ji on Devuthani Gyaras. He was made to sit on a new silver chariot presented on Dhanteras. This procession started from the main temple, passed through the vehicle gate, Hathi Thada, Ghati, Potters Mohalla, Neem Chowk, Gadika Devra, Radhakrishna Temple, Shiv Ji Temple and reached the temple premises again at 4 in the morning.
Devotees came to seek his blessings at various places during the Shobha Yatra. Prasad was also distributed there. A special aarti was performed by keeping the child idol of Thakur ji in the temple.
Since the donation boxes were full in the morning, both the donation boxes of the temple were also changed. A donation box is kept in front of Thakur ji and another is kept near the assembly. The donation box kept near the Sabha Mandal has been filled earlier also. But the big donation box kept in front of Thakur ji has been filled for the first time, after which both of them were changed on Wednesday and another donation box was placed back.
