Chittorgarh : In the adjustment process of teachers and employees appointed in government schools of Chittorgarh state, the seats of already appointed employees will be reserved. On the basis of joining, he will be considered senior and will be kept in the existing school. Whereas the teacher appointed later will be considered surplus and posted in another school. In this also, on the basis of vacant posts, they will be given priority appointment first in the same school and later in the same revenue village, gram panchayat, block or nearby block. The biggest doubt in adjustment is regarding counseling among teachers. Due to non-clarification of the situation by the Directorate of Education, the fear of bias among teachers is increasing.
Appointment as per criteria of year 2015
The adjustment will be based on the criteria of the number of employees decided on the basis of class and enrollment in the year 2015. That is, in the school from class 1 to 12, one principal, five teachers, three level-2, two level-1 and one physical teacher will be appointed for 12 sections. Similarly, if there is no level-1 teacher in class 6 to 12 school, then minimum 9 teachers will be employed and in class 9 to 12 school, if there is no level-1 and 2 teacher, then minimum 9 teachers will be employed. Similarly, in schools with different classes, different posts will be decided on the basis of enrollment and classes.
Counseling did not raise questions
In the adjustment order, there is mention of adjusting the surplus teachers in the nearest school but not of posting through counselling. Because of this, teachers fear irregularities in posting. At the same time, widow, abandoned, sick and seriously ill teachers will not be able to get benefit from it. After considering the posts as approved as per the criteria of 2015 staffing pattern, the remaining teachers and employees will be surplus. In Hindi medium schools, when there are more teachers or employees on the same post, the employees joining later, in English medium schools, the existing employees after joining after the appointment of selected employees and in English medium schools, Computer Instructor or Basic Computer Instructor. Due to joining, already appointed teachers will be surplus. Employees granted stay in judicial cases will not be surplus. Whereas due to this reason other posted employees on the concerned post will be considered surplus.
