Churu : A 26-year-old married woman from Churu Sujangarh has filed a complaint in the Kotwali police station and filed a case against her in-laws including her father-in-law, brother-in-law and husband. The report said that she was married 12 years ago. Since his father was poor, his in-laws used to harass him for less money. During this time the husband went abroad. Taking advantage of her husband’s absence, her brother-in-law and his friend raped her, made obscene videos and sexually assaulted her for a long time.
When she refused to agree, she got divorced from her husband over phone and her mother-in-law and sister-in-law beat her and threw her out of the house. He filed a report regarding this in August 2023. But her husband pressured her to leave him if she did not take up the case. After this, he resigned in front of the people of the society on 28 August 2024. On October 26, 2024, when her husband Habib returned from abroad, he blamed her and beat her up. The victim told that all the people from her in-laws behave badly with her and beat her. After which he has filed this report against him.
