Churu News Desk: On behalf of the police administration, which became alert after the campaign against crimes, on Sunday, Police Station Cyber Crime Churu took major action and arrested four accused. In this action, the cyber team of the police station exposed a cyber fraud of Rs 8.50 crore in the Excise Department and recovered Rs 4.50 crore and arrested 04 accused including the recovered government official.

District Superintendent of Police Jai Yadav said that on October 01, 2024, the applicant Vidyadhar Excise Inspector Circle Rajgarh submitted a report at the police station Sahwa to the effect that the license holder’s wallet was being accessed by unauthorized login into the Excise Department software on behalf of an unknown person. There has been a revenue loss of about Rs 8.50 crore due to adjustment of the deposit amount. Police registered the case and sent it to Police Inspector Subhash Chandra Police Station Cyber Churu for investigation.

Rajkumar son of Maidhan caste Jat, age 35 years resident of Birmi Khalsa police station Sidhmukh district Churu and Narendra Singh son of Sawaisih caste Rajput age 31 years resident Nausaria police station Ratangarh district Churu have been arrested after investigation. Investigation is being done by the police against the arrested accused. Police station in-charge, constable Mahendra Kumar, Kailash Chandra, Harish Chandra, Sushila and lady constable Bimla from cyber cell superintendent of police office etc. were involved in this action.
