Churu : Churu As a result of the changes made in the rules by the Education Department of Rajasthan Government, now after the date has been fixed for the similar examination to be held at the state level, the Education Department has started preparing for the half-yearly examination of classes 9 to 12 in the district. Although the half-yearly examination will be held from 14th December, but before that the practical examination will start from 12th December. According to the time cycle issued by the Director of Secondary Education for the half-yearly examination from 9th to 12th, the examination will start from 14th December. According to the Directorate of Education, this examination will be according to the time and cycle at the state level. For which the Director of Secondary Education has released the time table of the half-yearly examination. The examination will be conducted at the examination centers accordingly.
Exams will be held at the same time in all schools
At the state level, examinations for the above classes will be conducted at the same time in all the government and private schools of the district and the question papers will be the same at the state level. It is noteworthy that till now these examinations were conducted at the district level under the common examination scheme, but due to the changes made by the Education Department, now this examination will be held at the state level.

According to the Directorate of Education, the half-yearly examination of classes 9 to 12 will be held from 14 to 24 December, but the examination of the subjects which are not mentioned in the time table will be conducted at the school level. According to the information, school level examinations as well as practical examinations will be held from 12th to 13th December.
Question papers will be kept in the police station
In the instructions issued by the Directorate of Education, it has been said that keeping in view the security arrangements, arrangements will be made to keep the question papers in the police station as much as possible. It has also been said that in case of unavoidable circumstances, if the papers are kept in PEO and CEE schools, then round the clock personnel will be deployed.
Flying squad will be formed
According to Chief District Education Officer Govind Singh Rathore, flying squads will be formed during the examination. The officers appointed in the flying squad will inspect the examination centres. He said that preparations for the examination have been started.
The exam will be held in two shifts
Under secondary education, the half-yearly examination of classes 9, 10, 11 and 12 will be held in two shifts from 12 to 27 December. The timing of the first inning will be from 9.30 to 12.45 in the morning and the timing of the second inning will be from 1.15 to 4.30 in the afternoon.
