Churu : Churu, Platform no. in Ludhiana yard situated between Sanehwal-Amritsar railway section on Firozpur division of Northern Railway. Redevelopment work on 6 and 7 is in progress, due to this work rail traffic will be affected. According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, due to the above work, train number 04744, Ludhiana-Churu train service will remain canceled till 28 January 2025. Whereas, train number 04745 Churu-Ludhiana train service will remain canceled till 28 January 2025. Under the order issued earlier, the above railway services were canceled from 15 November to 31 December 2024. Now these train services will remain canceled during the above period.
On behalf of North Western Railway, traffic block is being taken to put RCC box on the bridge between Biroliya-Moribeda, Jawai Dam-Moribeda on Madar-Palanpur railway section of Ajmer division. Rail traffic will be affected due to the block. According to Chief Public Relations Officer Captain Shashi Kiran, due to the above work, train number 14701 Sriganganagar-Bandra Terminus Express train service has been rescheduled. This train will depart from Sriganganagar on 28th November 6 hours behind schedule.
