Bhilwara : Amrita Haat fair was organized in Gramin Haat market by the District Administration and Women Empowerment, Women and Child Development Department in Bhilwara. About 90 self-help groups from across the state participated in it. On the fourth day of the fair, the city residents purchased various types of products.
Assistant Director Nagendra Kumar Tolambiya said – Under the attractive gift scheme, a lucky draw was conducted by the department among the consumers who made purchases of more than Rs 2 thousand. The winners selected were Chain Sonwal from Hurda, Jyoti Surya from RC Vyas Colony and Sunita Lathi from Sanjay Colony.
A workshop on legal rights for girls and women and women related laws was organized in the fair. In which Public Prosecutor Officer Ramswaroop Gurjar expressed his views. During this period chair race competition, fancy dress competition and cultural programs were also organised. Chair race competition was organized for women, in which Sudhanshi Singh stood first, Shobha Mali stood second and Hans Verma stood third. Divya Jain, Paridhi Gupta, Shivangi Taylor, Bhavya Soni and Saanvi Maheshwari were winners in the fancy dress competition.
