Earlier yesterday, there was heavy rain in many parts of the state. People breathed a sigh of relief due to this. Farmers have also turned to the fields. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in many districts of the state even today.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in the capital Jaipur today. Monsoon clouds rained heavily in Dausa district adjacent to Jaipur this morning. Dausa received the first heavy rain of this season. Heavy rain occurred in Dausa district headquarters late night. 112 mm of rain was recorded till this morning. Water filled everywhere. Sadar police station was flooded. Waterfalls started flowing. This season’s first heavy rain occurred. The scene is like evening in the day due to dense black clouds. Due to heavy rain in the city, water flowed on the main roads including streets, mohallas and colonies. People faced problems due to water filling in two-wheelers and four-wheelers. There are also reports of rain from other districts of the state.
