Jaipur : Monsoon has bid farewell to many parts of Rajasthan. However, the last monsoon rains are yet to be received in some parts of Udaipur and Kota divisions. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for today and tomorrow in Bikaner division and expressed the possibility of rain.

October 7 – There is a possibility of rain at isolated places in Jaipur, Bikaner and Jodhpur divisions.
October 8 – There is a possibility of rain at isolated places in Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Bikaner and Jodhpur divisions.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather remained dry in the state yesterday. However, cold winds started blowing in Kota by night. Whereas the hottest Sriganganagar was recorded at 39.9 degrees Celsius. In other parts of the state also the temperature dropped marginally and the average amount of humidity in the air was recorded between 35 to 65%.
