Rajasthan : Heavy monsoon rains are continuing in Rajasthan. This time so far 595.23 mm of rainfall has been recorded, which is 58.62 percent more than the normal rainfall. There is a strong possibility of monsoon remaining active in most parts of eastern Rajasthan for the next four-five days and heavy rain activities continuing at some places. Due to this, there are strong chances of heavy rain. The highest rainfall in the state has been recorded in Nainwa of Bundi at 141 mm.

Clouds of disaster will rain on eastern Rajasthan
In Rajasthan, the monsoon turf line is passing through Jaisalmer and Udaipur. Due to its effect, a yellow alert has been issued for Ajmer, Banswara, Alwar, Baran, Bharatpur, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Dholpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Karauli, Jhunjhunu, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Sirohitonk, Udaipur districts of eastern Rajasthan. There is also a possibility of lightning and hailstorm along with heavy rain. Apart from this, an orange alert has been issued for Bhilwara, Bundi, Dungarpur districts of eastern Rajasthan. In which the possibility of hailstorm along with heavy rain has been expressed.
There will be heavy rain for the next 4 to 5 days
IMD (IMD Jaipur) has informed that the monsoon trough line is currently passing through Jaisalmer, Udaipur, heavy rains can be recorded at some places in the southern and south-eastern districts of the state for the next 4 to 5 days. During this time, light to moderate rains can be recorded in Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions of western Rajasthan as well as heavy rains can be recorded at one or two places in Jodhpur division. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has predicted a decrease in heavy rains and an increase in maximum temperature from 9 to 10 September.
