Jaipur : The subordinate court of the district has not permanently exempted Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma from coming to the court in the Gopalgarh case. The court rejected the application for permanent attendance waiver. The ADJ-4 court of the District Court area gave this order. The court said that there is no such circumstance in the case due to which the CM should be permanently exempted from appearing in the court. In the application filed on behalf of CM Bhajan Lal, it was said that the applicant is the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Often he has to go out of Jaipur for official work. One has to go abroad for official work also. Therefore, the application form should be accepted and permanent attendance exemption should be granted.
