What did Congress say?

Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Tikaram Julie has also raised questions on Bhajanlal Sharma’s foreign travel. He tweeted, ‘It has come to light through the media that advocate Shri Sanwar Chaudhary has filed a petition in the court stating that Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma has violated the conditions of anticipatory bail by traveling abroad without the permission of the court during the ongoing trial of FIR RC/05/SC-III/2011, PS CBI-III, New Delhi related to Gopalgarh riots. In this case, Shri Bhajanlal ji was granted conditional anticipatory bail on 10.09.2013 in which going outside the country’s border without the prior permission of the court is not permitted. But the Chief Minister has gone on a trip to South Korea and Japan without the permission of the court.’ He further wrote that if the Chief Minister himself will play with the law in this way, then what message will go to the public. The Chief Minister should immediately put forth his stand clearly on this matter so that the truth can come out in front of the public.
