Jaipur : Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will be on a visit to Jhunjhunu today. During this, he will transfer the increased amount under the Social Security Pension to the accounts of 88.44 lakh beneficiary pensioners. The Rajasthan government has named it Khushiyon Ki Pension, and grand preparations have been made in Jhunjhunu for the CM’s program.
CM had announced on 1 April
Till now, beneficiaries were getting Rs 1000 under the Social Security Pension Scheme. But, from April 1, 2024, the CM had announced to increase this pension amount to Rs 1150. This amount will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of all the beneficiaries today. Not only this, in the program to be organized in Jhunjhunu on June 27, the CM will also interact with the beneficiaries and then transfer a total of Rs 1038.55 crore to their accounts.

This will be a minute-to-minute program
According to the information received from the Chief Minister’s Office, CM Bhajanlal Sharma will leave for Jhunjhunu from Jaipur at 11:10 am. He will reach Jhunjhunu airport at around 11:55 am. From there, he will leave in a car and reach the venue at 12 noon. In this state-level program, he will interact with the beneficiaries of the Social Security Pension Scheme and then digitally transfer the pension with the increased amount to the beneficiaries’ account. He will leave for Jaipur at 1:05 pm.
