Cold wave likely to intensify in Jaipur state from November 19

Jaipur : Fog has started spreading in Bikaner and surrounding areas in the morning in Rajasthan. Even today visibility remained low due to fog. At the same time, there was smog in Sriganganagar. In the last 24 hours, the highest temperature was recorded in Barmer while the lowest temperature was recorded in the hill station Mount Abu. Whereas, the worst air quality was recorded at 282 in Ganganagar.

Weather experts said- There is a possibility of increase in cold in Rajasthan from 19-20 November. Because from November 14, a western disturbance will be active in the areas of Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh. Due to this, there may be light snow fall at some places along with rain. Due to this system effect, winter is likely to start in the states of Northern and Central India.

During the last 24 hours, the highest temperature of 36.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Barmer. In Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Churu, Jalore, Dholpur yesterday the maximum temperature of the day was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in Jaipur yesterday did not go above 33 degrees Celsius. It was a sunny and mild day in all the cities of the state yesterday.

After evening, temperatures in most cities were recorded below 20 degrees Celsius. Ajmer, Bhilwara, Sikar, Udaipur, Sirohi, Fatehpur and Jalore recorded minimum temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius or below. The minimum temperature in Jodhpur also dropped to 16.7 degrees Celsius yesterday.
