Kullu, December 8 (IANS). An protest rally was taken out by Kullu district BJP, accusing the Himachal Pradesh government of failing on many fronts in the last two years.
The protest rally was taken out from Rambagh of the Akhara to Dhalpur. During this, slogans were raised against the state government.
Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur while talking to the media said that the Congress government of the state is celebrating its two years of tenure. But, what is she celebrating? Today the situation of Himachal Pradesh has become ridiculous in the entire country. Himachal’s property worth crores is being auctioned. In such a situation, the Sukhu government should tell what they are celebrating.
He said that today Himachal has become a topic of discussion in the entire state. Recently an investigation was conducted on samosa in the state. The Congress government of the state has not been able to fulfill even its ten guarantees. Employees in the state are not even getting their salaries and this government is busy celebrating.
He said that the two-year tenure of the Sukhu government is a sign of disappointment and failure. Congress cheated the people of Himachal Pradesh in the name of ten false guarantees. Even after coming to power, the process of cheating and lies continues. The people of the state are fed up with the dictatorship of the government and the government wants to celebrate its failed tenure. Bharatiya Janata Party will not allow this dictatorship of Sukhu government to continue even a single step. We will fight for the interests of the common man from the streets to the House. Let the Chief Minister listen with open ears that now the government will have to work like a welfare state and not like a dictator.
