Congress lost in Haryana due to its misgovernance: Minister Krishna Bedi

Charkhi Dadri, 21 November (IANS). Haryana Government’s Social and Justice Empowerment Minister Krishna Bedi on Thursday took a strong dig at the Congress leadership over the crushing defeat in the state elections.

Minister Krishna Bedi held a meeting with people of DSC community at Charkhi Dadri party office. During this, he said that the Nayab Sarkar did a historic work by giving reservation, fulfilling the old demand of four generations of DSC community. In such a situation, DSC society is going to felicitate CM Nayab Saini in Jind on 24th November, which will be historic. Congress Party had raised the issue of reservation of DAAC community and DAP fertilizer in the Assembly. But, after the reply from CM Saini, the Congress party became silent.

In the meeting, he instructed BJP workers to speed up the membership campaign and complete it on time.

During this, while talking to the media, Minister Krishna Bedi said that the Congress Party in Haryana is marginalized due to regionalism and familyism. The condition of the Congress party in the state is because of their actions. For the first time, Congress has been seen in the Assembly without a captain, which has not even been able to choose its leader of opposition. Congress has lost in Haryana not because of EVMs but because of the deeds done during its 10 years of rule.

Regarding the poster related to Congress’ Julana MLA Vinesh Phogat, he said that Vinesh would know where she is. Whichever public representative wins the election, he should stay in his area.

On speculations about Kuldeep Bishnoi joining Congress, he said that Kuldeep is a senior leader of the party and the party has benefited from his joining BJP. There is no answer to speculations and anyone can make such allegations. BJP is going to form government in Jharkhand with full majority. I am confident that BJP will achieve a big victory in the Delhi Assembly elections also.
