Congress MP Imran Masood said on Sambhal violence, ‘If Muslims come out, police will kill them’

Saharanpur, November 29 (IANS). A video of Congress MP from Saharanpur Imran Masood has surfaced in which he is seen very angry over the Sambhal violence case. He has said that today the condition of Muslims in the country has become such that “if they come out of the house, the police will kill them”. While staying inside the house in Bahraich, he was thrown out of the house and killed. What should Muslims do?

The Congress MP said that a survey was conducted once in the Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal. Everything remained peaceful. But, men are sent in a planned manner. Slogans are raised and when they come face to face, bullets are fired by the police. All I want to say is don’t burn this country. Nothing is going to come out of hatred. We will all get burnt in the fire of hatred.

The kind of incident that happened in Sambhal. One thing is clear from this that our life has no value. Bullets were being fired, bullets were passing through the body.

To control the stone pelters, they could have been shot in the leg. Police could have lathicharged. But, the police opened fire.

All the posters have been issued by the police. Among them, stone pelters are seen carrying stones. I did not see a pistol in anyone’s hand. The gun does not have enough power to pass through the bullet. I have also shot and I am aware of it. There is no need to talk about those whose houses were destroyed in the Sambhal violence. There is only discussion on stone pelters. If there are stone pelters then take them into custody, strict action should be taken. It should not be that they will directly kill you. If they were shooting in the legs of the criminals, they would have shot in the legs of the stone pelters also.
