Bhilwara : Pander police station’s ASI Chetan Prakash said – Badanpura resident Haridevi (55), wife of Rameshwar Kahar, was standing on the roadside at Bihara intersection on Thursday. Meanwhile, Gujarat number container coming from Jahazpur hit Haridevi. In the accident, both of Haridevi’s legs were crushed and she was seriously injured. A huge crowd of people gathered at the spot. On receiving the information, Pander police reached the spot. Meanwhile, the driver fled from the spot leaving the container.
The police seized the container and took it to the police station. Injured Haridevi was taken to Community Health Center Pander in 108 ambulance, from where she was referred to Bhilwara Mahatma Gandhi Hospital for higher treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. Police handed over the body to the relatives after post-mortem. Police have registered a case on the report of the deceased’s husband and started investigation.
