Bhoomi pujan program of the memorial canceled
Talking to the media, former Brigadier Bhupesh Hada, representative of the Rajput community, said that a delegation from the state and central governments had reached Delhi on his request. We put forward a demand on behalf of the society and said that the Chhatri of former king Surajmal will be built at the original site itself, this is what the entire society of Rajasthan wants. Hada says that our demand is that Chhatri should be built at the original place and the airport should also be named after Rao Surajmal. On the other hand, when KDA broke the statue on 21st September, the controversy deepened. On the same evening, KDA had allotted the place and performed Bhoomi Pujan.
